Returns & Warranty
Apparel, footwear, home and accessories (bags, sunglasses, leather goods, jewelry, and watches) may be returned unless the item is marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
Items must be returned within 30 days.
Returns received after the 30-day return period are accepted at our discretion. Late returns that are accepted will be subject to a partial refund of 50% of their original sale prices. This will appear on your orders page as Late-Return Fee.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, including hangers, hang tags, dust bags, eyewear cases, shoe boxes, and gift boxes when applicable.
Items must not be worn, altered or damaged.
Please note, we reserve the right to refuse or limit quantities to anyone we believe may be purchasing items for resale. Sales to anyone management believes to be a reseller or bulk purchases are final, and no exchanges or returns will be granted.

If your order has been paid and you need to change it, please contact us through our contact page within 6 business hours following payment.
Why do the items have tags that say if the tag is removed the garment cannot be returned?
Customers have told us that they want to ensure the items they're purchasing have not been worn prior to their purchase.
Over the years, we have also found that we received a disproportionate number of returns of what appeared to be worn.
To help in these instances, we implemented a tag or card to help ensure these items are returned in original condition with tags still attached.
Is there a time limit? What if the item is worn?
We will do our best to take care of customers and deal with them fairly; we ask that our customers treat us fairly as well. From time to time we may not accept a return. Items must be returned within 30 days.
Will I be charged any return fee/restock fee?
No, you are covered by our Free Return Policy, this means that when an item is returned for any reason (return or size change) you will not be charged any return fee/restock fee.
The return shipping cost is not to be considered on us.
How to return/exchange unsuitable/unwanted item?
Please follow this process for returning your parcel to us:
1. Please contact us through our contact page.
2. After we have confirmed your desire to return the item, please re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached.
3. Post your item to a given address. We recommend you send the products using a secured or tracking method (mandatory in order to be eligible for a refund), and that you retain your proof of postage.
4. As soon as we have your return, we will issue a full refund/exchange. We’ll send you an email to confirm your return has been received and that your refund has been processed.
How to return faulty item?
If the item you received is faulty, please contact us within 30 days after the delivery of your order through our contact page and give us your order number, your name and address, and the reason for return.
Please attach a photo of the faulty item to your email.
